As an employee at Aleris
If you are employed by Aleris Hospitals, we process the following personal information:
- General information: Name, address, email, phone numbers
- CV and application
- Social security number (CPR number)
- Possibly a photo
- Information about any criminal convictions
- According to the Data Protection Act §12.
Aleris can disclose the relevant basic information regarding the employment relationship to affiliated companies within or outside the EU for use for the above purposes. Certain jurisdictions do not have the same protection of personal data as in countries within the EU/EEA. When transferring your information to such jurisdictions, Aleris will ensure that the transfer complies with applicable legal requirements, and that an adequate level of protection is provided for your information.
Furthermore, Aleris may disclose relevant information regarding the employment relationship if it is deemed necessary in connection with Aleris' submission of bids for work to be performed for third parties. The information may also be disclosed to third parties in connection with third-party investment in or acquisition and sale of Aleris or a part thereof. When disclosing information, the recipient of the information will be required to maintain confidentiality regarding these.
Aleris is the data controller for its own processing of salary and personnel information about employees at the company. As a member of an organization under DA, Aleris is obligated to participate in DA’s statistics on salary and personnel matters.
Participation in the statistics entails that Aleris discloses personal data about employees' salary and personnel matters to DA. The disclosure takes place via the payroll administrative systems and DA’s website (indberetning.da.dk). DA is the data controller for processing the disclosed personal data for statistical purposes.
Trusted employees at Aleris respond to questions about employees' remuneration and personnel matters when approached by DA. DA provides overviews of data quality to Aleris on restricted access pages of indberetning.da.dk, which contain personal data.
If Aleris uses the web-based tool (www.NetStat.dk), trusted employees at Aleris can access statistics, including personal information about their own employees in 'My Figures' via the tool. To comply with Aleris' obligations under the Statistics Denmark Act, DA discloses the personal data to Statistics Denmark in raw form.
